Common Questions

I was invited but the link isn't working

Invite links expire after 24 hours. Ask your organization admin to resend the invite from the User Management screen in the app.

I forgot my password

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password.

My account was deactivated

Account access is managed by your organization's admin. Please reach out to your supervisor or practice manager to have your account reactivated.

Can my manager see my check-in responses?

No. Individual check-in responses are completely private. Organization leaders only see anonymized, aggregated team trends — never your individual responses.

How do anonymous surveys work?

Survey results are hidden until a minimum number of team members have responded. This ensures no individual can be identified from their responses. Once the threshold is reached, only the aggregated results are shown to admins.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, email us at hello@calmbody.me with the subject line "Delete My Account." We'll process your request within 5 business days.
